I usually deep fry my tofu, a very typical Malaysian style. A few weeks ago, I started baking tofu for the first time, in an attempt to eat healthier. The marinade sauce was something that I made up and the tofu bake turned out pretty good.

Preparation
- Marinade Sauce: Finely grate the garlic cloves and mix it with soy/tamari sauce and sesame oil.
- Tofu: Cut the tofu into 1 cm thick slices. Place the tofu in a single layer in a large container and add the marinade. Marinate overnight. It’s best to store it in the fridge while marinating.
